Nov 30th – Château Talbot Wine Dinner at Marini’s 57

We have the honor of hosting a Château Talbot wine dinner, in the presence of the general manager of the Château, Mr. Jean-Pierre Marty.
Château Talbot is a prestigious domain located in Saint-Julien. It is ranked in the Grand Cru Classé de 1855 classification.
The wines of the evening will include:

• 1 vintage of Caillou Blanc de Talbot
• 1 vintage of Connétable de Talbot
• 3 vintages of Château Talbot, from 3 different decades.

The 6-course dinner will be specially prepared by Marinis’s at 57 to pair these wines perfectly.
Marini’s at 57 is a fine dining italian restaurant in located on the 57th floor of the 3rd Petronas tower of KLCC, offering an exceptional view of the KL skyline by night.

July 6th – Château de Lafont Vertical Tasting and Pairing

We will be organizing a wine tasting with food pairing at Ciao Ristorante in Kuala Lumpur.
The aim of this tasting will be to study how a same wine can vary from a vintage to another.
We will be tasting the following wines:

• Château Tuquet Monceau 2015 (Dry White)
• Château de Lafont 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011

Each wine will be specially paired with a small dish made by Ciao Italian restaurant.
